About Me
I am Dr. Niharika Shukla, an Ayurvedic physician. I work with women who are living with PCOS, some who were just diagnosed and are trying to make sense of it, and some who have been managing it for years and are quietly worn out by it.
I do not have a magic protocol. What I do have is time and a genuine belief that most women with PCOS have never had someone sit with them long enough to understand the full picture.
My approach uses Ayurveda in a way that is practical and fits into real life. We start where you are, not where a textbook says you should be.

What I Help With

How It Works
Pick a time that works for you. Morning, evening, weekday or weekend. Life with PCOS does not keep office hours and I try not to either.
Before we meet I will ask you to fill in a short form. Not a clinical checklist, just an honest picture of how you have been feeling and what you have already tried.
A 60 minute video call where I actually listen. We go through your symptoms, your history, your daily life. Nothing is too small or too obvious to bring up.
You will leave with a written plan covering diet, lifestyle and daily routine. It is built around who you actually are, not who you would be in a perfect world.
